Intensive In-Home Services

Elevate Behavioral Health provides in-home services to children, adolescents, and their families for the purpose of early intervention, crisis management, and avoiding out-of- home placement. Working with our intensive in-home program will help to:

Develop safe, stable, and a nurturing environment

Brandi Trace is a Resident in Counseling with over six years of experience in themental health field. Ever since kindergarten, she rooted for the underdog. Bymiddle school, it became clear to Brandi that she wasn’t alone in her struggleto manage emotions. Brandi’s purpose revealed itself in high school as shestarted taking college-level psychology courses, solidifying her belief thather role was to support others on their mental health journey.

Having faced various mental health challenges herself, Brandi believes that regular therapy should be accessible to everyone. As a U.S. Army Veteran, she earnedher Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Towson University and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Liberty University.

With over six years of experience, Brandi has found great fulfillment in working withthose who struggle with daily anxieties, depression, intellectual/developmental disabilities, life transitions, relationship stress, self-esteem, those affected by trauma, and many others. Brandi’s genuine passion lies in aiding others on their life’s journey.

Rochelle Wallace, BCBA

Rochelle earned her Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies from SUNY Oneonta in 2008 and her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism from SAGE Graduate School in 2014. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2016 and obtained her Virginia state licensure in January 2018. In 2022, she earned certification in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).

Throughout her career, Rochelle has worked in various settings, including in-home, clinic, telehealth, and residential environments. She specializes in working with children ages 2-9 but has experience with individuals up to age 21. Rochelle is particularly passionate about mentoring BCBA students and supporting staff pursuing their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

She is committed to creating efficient systems and processes within agencies, which inspired her to pursue her OBM certification. Rochelle integrates Brene Brown’s leadership principles into her work, adopting a humanistic and empathetic approach to supervision and staff development. Her dedication to the science of ABA informs her work and enhances her commitment to improving the quality of life for her clients.

Karen is the Chief Operating Officer of Elevate Behavioral Health.
She attended St. John’s University in New York where she studied psychology and obtained her nursing degree at Stevenson University in Maryland. Born and raised in New York, she moved to Virginia in 1998, making it her home. With over 27 years of experience, Karen holds a B.S. in Nursing and has gravitated towards Psychiatric and Home Health nursing.


As the COO of Elevation Behavioral Health, she manages the daily administrative and operational functions of the company, working closely with department heads and supervisors to support the day-to-day activities of employees.

Outside of work, Karen is a mom of three who enjoys traveling and exploring other countries

He has a unique education background, with degrees in social work and divinity from Virginia Union University.  Don believes his calling in life led him to work in the helping professions.  With many years in the human services field, he enjoys collaborating with like-minded individuals ensuring that the community is receiving quality mental health services. Don is currently the Chief Marketing and Outreach Officer for Elevate Behavioral Health, In that role, Don has primary responsibility for community outreach activities and business development for the service areas.   However, his greatest accomplishment is his family. Krystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience serving children and adults. Born and raised in New York, she holds a B.S. in Pre-Med Biology and a Master's in Counselor Education from Virginia State University.
She specializes in outpatient therapy, crisis management, mental health skill building, and intensive in-home services. Krystal operates from a Solution-Focused and Reality/Choice perspective, frequently utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, and solution-focused techniques.
Outside of work, Krystal enjoys writing and listening to music that moves her spirit. She is a devoted mother and believes in showing up with integrity and purpose in all roles of life.

Where are the services rendered?

Services are rendered in the comfort of your own home.

How much does it cost?

Majority of your services will be covered by your insurance company; however, you will be responsible for any co-pay and/or deductibles.

Is there a waitlist?

We currently do not have a waitlist, this is subject to change, most clients are seen within 5 days of completing intake paperwork.

What is my co-pay?
